Project Story
Pepa and Jana have been a part of the Balinese life for more than ten years. Their deep understanding of the Island of the Gods, its culture and traditions, as well as a perfect knowledge of the needs of European guests, has led them to create exceptional projects.
After successfully building the Bali Butterfly Villas resort, together with their long-time friend, they decided to give life to another vision – a place that combines the privacy of luxury villas with the authentic atmosphere of East Bali. This is how the Bali Luxury Villas project was born in the village of Perasi.
Their many years of experience and warm relationship with the island are reflected in every detail. They created a second home for their guests, where European comfort meets Balinese traditions. Personal approach and perfect knowledge of local culture ensure guests unforgettable experiences off the beaten tourist track.
In 2024, the team grew to include Lukas and Aneta, who fell in love with Bali so much during their travels that they decided to become a part of the story and help create unforgettable experiences for the guests.
